THE GUEST HOUSE
Next to the big house there is a guest house that contains a bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a small living room. The house is located in the courtyard behind the house, but close to the outdoor kitchen.
THE STABLE
Large modern and well equipped stable with 10 indoor boxes. An apartment with bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms is located inside the stable building. The boxes are large and spacious, all have water and ventilation. Good sliding doors there are washing plates for 10 horses at the same time and a small riding arena. Everything you need to have a really well-functioning horse farm with up to 10 horses. There are various pieces of equipment and accessories that can be sold separately, including various vintage carriages. The stables are accessed via a separate driveway with an electric gate. There is an off-road riding track with a bridge and obstacles on its own terrain. The hurdles here may need to be completed and redone but the facility can be magic for those who ride cross country complete and renovate the hurdles but the facility can be magic for those who do horseback riding or show jumping.
REFRIGERATOR ROOM
Next to the stables there is a room with large industrial fridges, plenty of space to store your own olive oil if you wish.
THE LAND
The plot is very well landscaped and all corners are reached by small paved paths, today a golf cart is used to move between the house and the stables or other parts of the estate. Many olive trees and oil production in good quantity through cooperatives.
